Hey Mark,

Just want to say a huge THANK YOU! for your work on the donation reminders for us. We were able to use AR this month to print and send. It is taking us a fraction of the time and we now have a better product. This month will also be the first month we will be billing completely through Assisted Rides. We have been bringing new providers on month by month and have had no issues. Billing through AR takes our fiscal department completely out of the process and saves our agency time and money.

Mary Jane does the day to day scheduling of the trips and spends the most time in the system and she loves it. It is more efficient, gives us more/better trip data and helps us track our spending more closely.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for all the time you have spent with us this year making Assisted Rides work specifically for our organization. I have and will continue to speak highly of this system and of you to anyone and everyone I come into contact with. (in fact, I am crafting another e-mail now about AR to someone who asked how we do trip scheduling :)
